The BSRS story

BSRS & Associates was established in 2012 and is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India under Firm Registration No. 041218S. The firm was founded on the principles of professional ethics, integrity and accountability, and its approach has always been rooted in the values of the Chartered Accountancy profession — objectivity and independence in every engagement.

Over the years the firm has built its practice across tax compliance, statutory and internal audits, accounting, corporate compliance and financial advisory. Alongside traditional compliance work, the firm supports growing businesses with virtual CFO services, management reporting, and the setting up of finance functions and internal controls.

The partners hold qualifications as Chartered Accountants, Cost and Management Accountants and Company Secretaries, which allows the firm to look at an engagement from the accounting, tax, costing and corporate-law angles together.
