Brinda serves as the Managing Partner of BSRS and Associates, bringing a strong academic foundation and over a decade of professional experience in the fields of audit, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

She is a distinguished rank holder in both the Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA) examinations, a testament to her commitment to excellence and technical proficiency.

Her expertise spans statutory audits, internal audits, direct and indirect tax advisory, and compliance management for clients across diverse sectors. Brinda is known for her methodical approach, attention to detail, and deep understanding of evolving regulatory frameworks.

A firm believer in continuous learning, she remains actively engaged in keeping abreast of the latest developments in tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance regulations. Her dedication to professional growth and ethical practice serves as a guiding force for the firm.

Rakesh brings a blend of entrepreneurial drive and corporate insight to the firm’s leadership. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), he began his professional journey with leading multinational corporations, gaining valuable experience in financial operations, governance, and strategic compliance.

Rakesh serves as a trusted advisor to boards of emerging start-ups and growth-stage companies, often taking on the role of a fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He specializes in setting up businesses and finance functions from the ground up, with a strong focus on building scalable processes, internal controls, and reporting systems.

His expertise lies in audit and assurance, tax advisory, regulatory compliance, and business transformation services. He is also proficient in developing dynamic MIS frameworks using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel, enabling data-driven decision-making for clients.

Known for his structured approach and solution-oriented mindset, Rakesh combines technical knowledge with practical insight to deliver value-added services to businesses across sectors.
