How BSRS & Associates handles the personal data you share through this website.
BSRS & Associates, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 041218S), No. 5, Brindavana, 2nd Floor, Basavanna Temple Street, Koramangala 8th Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
When you use the “Send a query” form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the area of your query and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the email, such as a CV.
We use these details only to respond to your query or application and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing, and we do not share it with anyone outside the firm except the service providers described below or where the law requires it.
Form submissions are received and stored through Wix, the platform that hosts this website, acting as our service provider. Emails are held in the firm’s email system.
We keep your details for as long as needed to deal with your query or application, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, regulatory or professional record-keeping.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or updated, have it erased, or withdraw your consent to its use. To do so, or to raise a concern, email info@bsrsassociates.com or call +91 84312 22223.
The website stores a small note in your browser that you have accepted the disclaimer for the current visit, and, when you use the query form, a technical token that lets the form send your query. The map on the Location page is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
